birth doula
- Two prenatal appointments to become acquainted with you and your birth partner, go over birth preferences, create a birth plan, and practice different labor-management and comfort techniques. We will also cover what to expect in the postpartum period and go over the basics of breastfeeding/infant feeding. (1.5-2 hours each)
- Text, phone, and email support throughout pregnancy
- Access to my lending library
- On-call availability starting at 38 weeks until you give birth
- Continuous support throughout labor and for 1-2 hours after birth to help with breastfeeding and making sure you feel fully supported
- One postpartum visit to review your birth experience, provide you with your personal birth timeline, talk about how you’re adjusting to motherhood, and assist you with anything you need.
- Breastfeeding and infant feeding support and education throughout your pregnancy and immediately postpartum. You’ll also receive all of my digital feeding guides for breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, formula feeding, and feeding multiples (if applicable).

Extra Prenatal
If there are any areas of birth, postpartum, newborn care, or infant feeding that you would like to dive into further you can purchase an extra prenatal.

Hypno-doula package
You’ll receive everything in my standard doula package + private hypnobirthing lessons at your home ($600 value). This includes access to Sophie Fletcher’s “Mindful Hypnobirthing” online course as well as a physical copy of her book.

Insurance will often cover or partially reimburse doula services, and FSA and HSA plans may be used. Be sure to check with your insurance.
